Zoom information for presenters
Please install Zoom and test its functionality in advance.
Zoom from the offical site (ne fees is required to follow the conference sessions).
Zoom remote ID access and password have been provided to you earlier via private email.
For MAC users, please enable Security and Privacy Permission for Webex. Support Information for MAC OS and Webex can be found here.
HOW TO JOIN THE SESSION:
- An access-controlled room is created for every event (main conference, workshops, and tutorials) as explained in the private emails with the access codes.
- If you are joining the Session before the host has started the meeting, please wait in the lobby until the host starts the Session.
- Please join at least 7 minutes before your designated time slot and stay after your presentation for the Q&A session. You are welcome to stay in the session as an attendee when not presenting. You need to give a brief bio to the session Chair in a private message. If you face any connection problem, the session chair will play your pre-recored video. Please stay for answering the questions.
- By defaukt, your micro is muted. The moderator will activate your micro at the right time.
